• RETURNS

  If you are not satisfied or changed your mind on an item or order,  please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.   To receive a refund, item must be returned unopened and / or with all original manufacturers packaging.  Item(s) must have no signs of wear or usage. 

  Prior to returning the purchase, we ask that  you that obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). Send an email to info@rapturetactical.com for an RA number and return address info.  Please make sure the RA# is listed on the packaging as well as included with information inside of the package. By doing this your return can be expedited. 

  In the instance an item is defective or the wrong item is received, Rapture Tactical will pay for the return shipping. In instances where the customer decides they no longer want an item, the customer covers the return shipping.

  Rapture Tactical is unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Apparel items that have been worn, altered, or tags removed. 

          Due to COVID-19 and the nature of face coverings, shemaghs,  and neck gaiters being worn on the face, we are not able to accept any returns on

          these items.

  •  All ammunition sales are final due to safety concerns.

• Sales on the following items are final:

  1. Special orders.
  2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
  3. NFA items.
  4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
  5. Ammunition

• SECURE TRANSMISSION

  All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

• ORDER FULFILLMENT

  All orders are shipped from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for all items shipped via UPS and FedEx and most items shipped USPS.    If something is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible for a refund or possibly a substitution which will be at our discretion.  

• WEB PRICING AND DESCRIPTIONS

• Our online and in store inventory changes daily.   Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order,  we will refund the customer's money.

• AMMUNITION PURCHASES

  You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

• PROHIBITED ITEMS   
• We will not ship prohibited items to you if they are prohibited by your state.  (i.e. larger capacity magazines, ammo to states where BG checks are required, etc.)
